Judas Priest to rock the UK this summer

British rock legends Judas Priest have announced they will be touring the UK this summer as part of their 2011 world tour.

The band originally formed back in 1970 and was undoubtedly one of the most influential metal bands of the decade. Despite a number of personnel changes through the years, Judas Priest remain one of the most exhilarating bands to see live.

The band has already confirmed this will be their last tour, although they will continue to write and record together, and are currently writing new material.

Judas Priest will play:

O2 Apollo, Manchester (July 16)

Doncaster Dome, Doncaster (July 17)

SECC, Glasgow (July 19)

Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle upon Tyne (July 20)

Civic Hall, Wolverhampton (July 21)

Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth (July 24)
